CORVALLIS - A series of workshops designed for anyone who has ever thought of owning their own business will be featured this April at the Oregon State University Women's Center, Benton Annex.

The series features three women business owners who detail their challenges and successes as a woman business owner.

Jean Yates, owner of Corvallis' Avalon Farm Wine, Gift & Gourmet, starts the series in an hour-long presentation at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 6. The series continues with an hour-long presentation on Tuesday, April 16 by Melissa Schierman, of Corvallis' Sunnyside Up.

The final presentation features a 60-minute talk by Mary Olsen of Airlie Vineyards in Monmouth at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23. For information, contact the OSU Women's Center at 541-737-3186.
