CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Executive & Audit Committee of the Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, April 23, to consider a presidential assessment policy and the board's 2016 calendar.

The committee also will discuss a process for nominating trustees and plans to celebrate the 150th anniversary of OSU, which will occur in 2018.

The meeting will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the President's Conference Room (Room 650) in Kerr Administration Building, 1500 S.W. Jefferson Way in Corvallis. It is open to the public.
