CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State University will host the second annual "Indigenous Feast: a way of giving thanks," in celebration of Native American Heritage Month, on Thursday, Nov. 15 from 5-7 p.m. at McNary Dining Center's Boardwalk Café.

The celebration is part of the culture and cuisine series, and is being held in conjunction with OSU's Native American Heritage Month.  The Indigenous Feast will honor Native American cultures and foods and will feature indigenous music.  Tickets cost $10 and will be available at the door.

The menu will feature roasted duck with wild rice and mushroom stuffing, ember roasted buffalo, Navajo stuffed sweet peppers, pumpkin soup, blueberry upside down cake and other indigenous culinary favorites. 

The event is sponsored by University Housing and Dining Services in collaboration with the Native American Longhouse and the American Indian Initiatives office.
