CORVALLIS, Ore. – “Doing Business in the Pacific Rim,” a conference for business owners and others with a commerce interest in Asia, is scheduled for June 20, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Oregon State University’s Memorial Union Ballroom.
The conference is sponsored by the OSU College of Business. Registration is $40, and those interested may register online at http://www.bus.oregonstate.edu/partners/pacificrim.htm.

International business is an expanding part of the OSU College of Business, where its Arthur Stonehill International Exchange Program has roots going back to 1987. Now the largest program of its kind in Oregon, the Stonehill Program provides students the opportunity to visit one of nine partner schools around the world each year.
Business majors are able to take upper division business courses, and in some cases, earn an option in International Business while studying abroad in places such as China, Thailand Norway, Denmark, Austria, Germany and more.
