CORVALLIS - Pui Shing Ho, a professor of biochemistry and biophysics at Oregon State University, will present on Thursday, Oct. 24, the Researcher of the Year Award Lecture of the OSU chapter of Sigma Xi.

The presentation, titled "Fifty Years of Alphabet Soup: DNA Structures from A to Z," will be in the Joyce Powell Leadership Center in the OSU Memorial Union, from 3-4 p.m. Ho is an expert on nucleic acid structure and function, and X-ray crystallography.

A reception at 4 p.m. will follow the lecture.
