CORVALLIS - Two Oregon State University bands will perform on Wednesday, March 13, at LaSells Stewart Center. The free public concert begins at 7:30 p.m.

The OSU Concert Band will perform "A Renaissance Festival" by Kenneth Singleton, Mozart's "Ave Verum Corpus," "Parade of the Wooden Warriors" by Adam Gorb, "Sonata for Wind Band" by Timothy Broege, "As Summer was Just Beginning" by Larry Daehn, and "American Riversongs" by Pierre La Plante.

The Concert Band is directed by student conductors Nicholas Budge, Noreen Fleishman and Patrick Johnson.

The second half of the program features the OSU Symphonic Band, conducted by Lewis Norfleet, OSU assistant director of bands. The program includes "Lord the Rings" by Johan de Meij, "Inferno" by Robert W. Smith, "An American Elegy" by Frank Ticheli, "Mock Morris" by Percy Granger, "Daydream" by Timothy Mahr, and "Chorale and Shaker Dance" by John Zdechlik.
