CORVALLIS - A glimpse of India will be offered at Oregon State University's India Night '98 celebration, scheduled at 5 p.m. Sunday, April 19, in OSU's Memorial Union Ballroom.

Tickets are $9 general admission and $7 for students. Children under seven will be admitted free. The celebration includes dinner and an evening of entertainment," said Rashmi Nath, of OSU's India Association, which is sponsoring the event.

Tickets will be available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through April 17 at MU ticket windows or at the door.

Entertainment will focus on Indian cultural songs and classical, folk, and contemporary Indian dances.
